    Excellent customer service. Excellent Website. The best thing I like about Rooms Furniture is there website which has all the pricing. I was able to do my homework and select furniture that fits my budget. I have been a customers of Rooms Furniture for a long time. Each time I am their I experience a new level of satisfaction and customer service which keeps me bringing back. I recommend Rooms Furnitre to everyone from the bottom of my heart

    Roomsonline.ca - delivery of furniture and bad cust service Never ever buy from here or face this. 01 March 2015 : Brought sofa set and was promised delivery after 5pm on 06 Marchsince all three in family are working. Delivery guy calls in at 3 pm and says he will reach by 4pm. Delivery for that day cancelled. Call them 6 times and then finally delivery set for 15th on mutual time. Calls on 15th and says delivering at 6pm. Reaches at 8pm. Delivers Wrong sofa

    actually it is garbage, ordered 2 items, 1 sofa and 1 kitchen table, sofa was missed cushion, kitchen table's leg was broken....Please close the store... really angry for those item. DONT BUY FOR THEM!!!!!

    lots of bad reviews on other sites - I wish I could see it before - spare your time and never, ever buy anything from them, the worse customer service, lies, mistakes, need to repeat calls that are never returned, purchased items a month ago and don't have them yet...not sure how they are allowed to carry a business in Canada

    WORST COMPANY TO ...

    WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! Run away as FAST as you can! They do not know what they're doing, our purchase delivery was delayed 4 times. Then finally arrived when we WERE NOT HOME! None of it was put where it was supposed to go. My mother had to miss my wedding dress fitting to accommodate and they STILL DIDNT SHOW UP! They will surely be hearing from my legal representation. Do yourself a favour and spend a little extra to purchase from a chain like the Brick or Leons. It will be money well spent, as you won't have to deal with this level of incompetence. Again, do NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Horrible delivery & customer service

    I wish I saw these reviews before. This place is an Absolute NIGHTMARE!!! Yes there stuff is dirt cheap, but you don't even get your furniture delivered! They have an excuse for everything! and Nothing is ever there fault! I ordered from them January 2014. I have not received a darn thing & its March 2014. They called twice every week to confirm delivery. I would wait at my apt. and NO ONE shows up or called! This happened 3 times!! Then once, they came and said they wouldn't bring it through the front door. My building security doesn't allow back door delivery after 4pm, which I told them. Yet they showed up at 8pm! I don't know how these people live with themselves, this treatment is absolutely disgusting. I went in store (Scarborough location) to get my money back. They said they couldn't, I have to get it from head office. Which the manager never answers the phone. Then with some yelling back and fourth. They guy tells me to go pick it up myself. Obv. if that were an option for me, I would've done that b4.
