Worst customer service I have encountered in awhile. The store ordered the wrong dress and a error was communicated to the store as soon as it was noticed.. It took the store a week to respond. The store personnel just pawned off. There was no attempt to correct the order.

Very bad experience. They don’t disclose that they have a very high base price for alterations, will put you through the hoops thinking it’s a custom quote. I was quoted $621 on a dress than needed very minor alterations and only cost $899. They do not have good customer service and lack awareness of their clients. Definitely do not recommend.

As the mother of the bride i want nothing but the best for my daughter, I found the staff very attentive to my daughters needs. we went as a large group and still they went above and beyond with the attention they afforded us. my daughter found here perfect dress.

Waste of time and waste of money, no customer care

I was in Pearl Bridal house over a month ago. I'm not getting married until the new year, but I thought I'd get a head start on the fun. Boy was I wrong to come here. I was impressed right away when I walked in the store, and my eyes lit up with the beautiful gowns on the wall but my delight soon turned to disappointment. I had made an appointment and was hoping for at least a little attention and customer care. When I met the owner I felt like she looked me up and down and decided I wasn't worth the time. I felt so humiliated and it was like they were just trying to sell me anything and get me out of the store as soon as possible. I still stayed around awhile and for a few moments thought nothing of it. Boy was I wrong. I actually heard the workers talking behind my back. There is so much more I can write about them, but I don't want to stoop to their level. Pearl Bridal House looks like it wants to be a classy place and from first impression it is, but the women who're running the shop have no class at all. I can't believe they are allowed to run a business like this. I loved the dresses, but I was so turned off, and I didn't want to give these people my money. I guess it's always bes to shop around before jumping right in like I did. Future brides-to-be, save yourself the heart ache and choose another wedding dress store.
