Fancy Feathers is owned by Rose Bell and has been servicing the Barrie area for 12 years. I offer a machine guided non computerized custom long arm quilting service. Quilting for me is an outlet for my creative talents. I spend countless hours creating designs. (that can been seen here or a personal meeting can be arranged) I have been recognized by my peers with awards here and in the US for my craft and designs.
