I was appalled by the lack of attention I experienced while trying to buy plants at your nursery. I was ignored by the employees and when I asked for directions to certain plants I would be sent to the wrong location. I approached a different employee who also sent me to the wrong location. All of these employees were more interested in chatting with each other. I left the store to go elsewhere and spent $200 on plants at another nursery in the area. I doubt if I'll return to Parkway!
I went there to buy some office plants - wandered the aisles looking for low light plants - at least 5 staff walked by me. None were particularly busy, and yet not one even bothered to say hello let alone ask if I needed help. Inexcusable customer service.

Unlike Canadale and Van Luyk, Parkdale does not offer a guarantee on their perennials - I bought a number of plants from all three of these retailers last year - many of the ones from Parkdale did not thrive whereas the ones from Van Luyk and Canadale thrived well - I guess there is a reason they do not guarantee their merchandise
Sorry to hear your Parkway plants didn't do very well. We do have a growing season guarantee on all of our perennials. If they were shrubs or trees from our Nursery we also offer a full year guarantee on those plants. In addition we are always available for plant-care advise to ensure you are getting the most from your Parkway plants. Come in and let us know what didn't work and I am confident we can find you a plant to thrive in your space!

Large Selection - Tremendous Educated Service
How many Garden Centres have you been to where there is someone directing traffic in the parking lot?
That is where the service begins before you even get out of the car.
I wouldn't say I have a green thumb so I am always asking questions. They always have the answers.
Open Year Round so I love that I can still go and get Fresh Herbs in the dead of winter.
The only place I shop for my gardening needs from Flowers to Veggies.
