Would not recommend this store. Staff was not helpful told us to go to another Pandora store. Train your staff in better customer service!

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the padlock bracelet I received as a gift. The padlock quit working. When I returned it to the store they advised it had been caught on something and a very small part was missing? The manager advised there was nothing she could do. Suggested I find a jewellery repair place to repair. I wore the bracelet four times. She could see on my record I have purchased many pieces in the past and still no recourse. I will never buy another product from here.

People working in this store are very rude!!! I recommend Whiteoaks location, they are friendly and very helpful
