Great view of Harris Park, the stadium and the river. Also comes with crackhead neighbors. Would rather look at something else if unaccompanied by rude, crazy people.

I can confirm the review left by jimh1309. We lived there for a little over one year and had no heat until the last two weeks we were there. Also, if you like your privacy, do not move into 21 King. They are wanting to get into your apartment on average once a month for various reasons. The one super was excellent but the others (the couple) were rude and demeaning. Too many renovations going on at once and caused a huge inconvenience with balconies, elevator, etc.

The apartment at 21 King Street, London, ON has been a severe disappointment in the rental experience. I have been a tenant for 3 yrs and each winter my apartment on the 8th floor has been without consistent heat. I have adapted to using the oven a space heaters to survive. I still have to bundle up in several thick layers at all times including hat and mitts to retain warmth. They have largely ignored this problem and their responsibility.
