A lot of under qualified sales help that spend more time on there phones doing nothing than studying there own products. But Wellington St. is worse than the Richmond St. store from my own experience.
i walked in having to interrupt two associates from playing on their phones and asked for help feeling like i was interrupting their clash of clans while the other looked on ebay. Also I was discriminated by the store manager based on a mental illness and even had him call me a liar when he asked why I was acting the way I was acting. He is the worst manager I've even experienced and can see why the expectation of the store is next to nothing.
I purchased a new laptop at BEST BUY at the beg. of Oct. 2011 it cost me over $600.. This week it had a 'cracked LCD screen" (or something like that)...I returned it where I was advised it would be just over $500 for the repair. The young kids behind the counter were terrible...they couldn't have cared less about my business, even when I said "I'll take it somewhere else" it was like "yeah whatever lady"... it was like I was an imposing on their 'geek' time or something....anyway.....I did take it somewhere else (Lambeth) -real computer geeks.... and guess what ----it was fixed and the repair is 1/2 the cost...
