AVOID! They promise to clean and fix problems on move in, dont fix them, then charge you on move out! They wouldnt fix windows that were broken on move in for 2 years! Our door had snow come through it and they did nothing! Their pipe broke, the contractor admitted it, then they tried to sue the tenants! They exist only to extort money from tenants. They dont deserve to exist as a company and their staff should feel horrible as humans for their business practices. Shameful, Un-Canadian.

Panadew has been very helpful in any issue Ive run into at my current residence. Their staff is friendly and efficient. Cant say enough about how impressed Ive been.

The worst experience I have ever had with a housing company. They take total advantage of students and raise prices every time there is a new tenant. They request access to your property consistently and require all doors to be unlocked when you are away on break. Also, they send threatening and passive aggressive emails regularly. This is not a student friendly company and we are leaving the house because of their management style.

I rented an apartment from Panadew about six months ago, and have nothing but good things to say about them. I was new to the city and a first time renter, but they made the job of finding an apartment really easy. The only problem with the apartment when I moved in was a window that wouldn't open all the way, and they fixed it the next morning. I will definitely recommend them to friends.
