I just received a bill from Exclusive Cooling for voiding the warranty on my Central Air System. 3 and 1/2 months ago they attempted to repair a leaking TX valve and was unsuccessful. The short version includes wrong parts ordered, no communication for weeks, Work preformed that any knowable Tech would not do, email from Manager that did not address or solve the problem and an incomplete job.
