Worst hotel experience of my life Room was not clean bathroom very dirty Booked a lakeside room and they gave me a city side room, missed fireworks on New Years due to wrong side When asked to be moved to other side of hotel Blatantly told me that I was wrong even though confirmation email stated lake side No hot water No maintenance or manager in building Staff condescending and incompetent

Great but sound issues

Service was great and the room was awesome. The only issue is that the walls are way too thin. We could hear the people in the next room who were just talking at a normal level. Then we heard someone stomping in the room above us the next morning. Would suggest asking for a more insulated room. At least the customer service was stellar.
