Horrible building. Family has lived here for over 25 years (3 family members in units for over 20 years; one for over 15 years) and there is NO maintenance done. in the last few years they have had a cockroach infestation and many units had bed bugs. My grandmother has been an amazing tenant and they won't even replace broken flooring or ripped up walls in the bathrooms.The elevator is scary and the elderly and disabled have been injured in them with no recompense SHAME ON WHOEVER OWNS THIS!!!!!

If I could give it no stars, I would. Hot water goes off on a regular basis (monthly). Baseboard heaters are old and never maintained. Wiring layout is inexplicable and you run the risk of blowing a fuse. (One fuse for half the living room, most of the kitchen, half the bedroom.) Etc., etc., etc. Been here for over 5 yrs and not one major improvement. Took THREE years to repaint 90% of the balconies. (Still not done, likely never will.) What a perfect name for this company- Laks (Lacks/Lax).
