I would personally like to thank Mira(sales associate) at the Limeridge Mall Store. She is very professional and puts a 150% effort to assist customers. I have an elderly mom and Mira is both patient and knowledgeable.

The most UNCANADIAN store and policies I have ever shopped at - and I no longer shop there! Recently I discovered they are connected to Saks - an American entity. Please kick them out of Canada - their attitude and treatment of customers does not belong here.

I recently had a query about a price on an item and sent a note to the Manager about it. "Crystal" responded to me both promptly and enthusiastically and made the correction. Adriana and the team on fragrances are terrific, too - eager to help, support, and provide good value.
