    I've been getting...

    I've been getting manicures and pedicures ever since arthritis prevented me from doing my own (over 15 years). This is one of the best places I've ever been to. The site was clean and airy, the only waiting time was while they filled the footbath with water, and the service was excellent. They did an excellent job, even though I'm *extremely* ticklish. The prices are in line with other places in Guelph. I've been going there for over 7 years, and won't go anywhere else.

    Worst manicure I ...

    Worst manicure I have ever had. As an aesthetician myself, I thought I would pamper myself today and go get my nails done because we do not do bio gel at my work & I have never been so unhappy with my nails before. My nails were in horrible condition as it was. I left with her actually glueing the nail to my skin where I had to rip it off I took some skin with it, the nails were uneven and some shorter than others, also she nipped me three times. I called when I got home and complained and they blamed it on me. In sure I know what my nails looked like before I went in there. She was rude on the phone. I went the same day (to a different place) to get them removed. A complete waste were of $48.
