    Ordered a stove beginning of October for delivery oct 18. It did not show up. I called to find out why. They then told me nov 1st delivery. I called oct 30th to confirm because they had not set up a time. Found out that the manufacturer stopped making the model I ordered on oct 17. They never tried to inform me of what as going on. I had to call to find out. Wasted a whole month waiting for nothing. Unacceptable.

    The owner of this business is rude and condescending. I am not one to complain about a business and it takes a lot to push me over the edge but he managed. He refused to make even the slightest amendment to a new purchase to replace the complete 1400 dollar lemon. I would have been happy with no tax and free delivery. Anything. He instead chose to lose a very good customer because most of my previous purchases through the Brick were not at "his franchise". He also told me we all make "choices" and mine was a poor one. I chose the fridge that
