I had my heating oil delivery today. The young man who came to fill the tank, also walked to the end of my lane way and carried in my recycle bin and garbage can. I am retired & I cant ask for better service than that.

Use this Company for my home heating (propane) Last year I had issues with my furnace and had to replace it. The company I was with gave me a ridiculous quote and the total run-around so I wen to Stinson on the advice of the friend. The installation and equipment was MUCH more reasonable. The employees were helpful and very polite. I have since converted 2 of my neighbors onto their home heating plans and they are happy to be getting smaller bills than they were before. Very Pleased.

Tired of the lack...

Tired of the lack of customer relations. When someone askes you to " call before you come" theres usually a reason. As well if i pay for 400 or 500$ worth of fuel. That is what i expect to be put in. Not 355$ so you'll credit my account. I dont want to pay the 1.30$ when prices go up. I wanted it for he 93cents it is at. This has happened 3+times already in less than 3 years. And absolutely lose your mind when i owe you 5$. Lack of communication between dispatch and the drivers. I pay at the office and get a phone call saying they wont fill up my tank because i didnt leave money in the mail box.. who leaves 1000$ cash in their mail box?!? If you treat your staff as bad as your customers they could take that money and dissappear
