Their food arrives fast, hot and tasty. The service is great, very friendly, and they've always been willing to go the extra step to please the customer in my opinion.

Milano's has great pizza with lots of cheese. However, they do not use the freshest ingrediants. They have the best poutine (huge too)! Their lasagna was OK but a little boring. The store is not that clean. Delivery in town is free I believe but we are in Gananoque and just outside of the city limits and they charged us $10 to deliver! Prices aren't that great as you can't get deals like you do at large pizza chains. A large pizza is going to run you $25 so don't even consider getting 2! Still, their pizza is pretty good.
