Phoned to make an appointment for a RMT today. A fellow who claimed to be the manager was so rude and condescending that I decided quickly against having anything to do with this company. I feel sorry for the therapists being represented by this character. The price was right and they may have good therapists, but they lost my business by the insulting and rude demeanor of the manager.
