Poor customer service. After having an issue of a stripped oil drain plug the shop (I presume owner) yelled at me over the phone. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and it will cost you. My car is currently leaking oil after an oil change from them and I will now have to pay for their mistake

I've been using this shop for couple of years now, and I'm very satisfied with the service. The owner is fair and won't try to get you on replacing parts that don't need replacement.
