This place smells like cigarettes. Can't breathe. Ridiculous

- Bad smell of cigarettes in rental unit due to other tenants smoking very frequently on their balconies. - Easy to hear neighbors from above and sides due to tiny walls and floors. - You can easily hear people running on the hallway due to bad quality of doors. People smoke on their balconies and it makes it hard to breath inside of the appartment unit. It's been like these for years. It effects the enjoyment of the rental unit. These are all reasons why I would rate this place 2 stars ou
