You book a 4 hour repair window through the appliance repair company. Belaty will blow through that window and try to reschedule based on their own practices and not the practices promised to you. They make their poor coordination with the manufacturer your problem. Belaty is disrespectful garbage.

Belaty Ltd. was sent to inspect and repair and old fridge and an old washing machine at my mothers home. Under the Enercare appliance protection program. The repair man who attended was Danny. He managed to save two older appliances that did not need replacement quite yet. He was fast and effective. Careful in handling the appliances and made sure to keep the work area clean after he was finished. He answered all my dumb questions. Was on time for both visits. Totally satisfied and impressed.
