We called these guys when somebody jammed a piece of metal into our lock on the front door of our business. They quoted our admin person $750 to change the whole lock and proceeded with the work. By the time I stopped it, they charged $100 for service call and the work done prior to stopping. I came the following day, removed the cylinder and managed to pull that piece of metal. I reassembled the lock and it's all working. And I am no locksmith, I'm IT consultant. Zero cost in less than an hour.
