First time customer. The staff is very friendly and thorough. The testing professionally done and the consultation very well explained. I was given a two week trial to determine the effect of hearing aids. No pressure and very flexible payment options provided. I highly recommend them to people like myself who have put off getting hearing aids for too long. They make a world of difference for myself and especially for my wife.The service here is exceptional.
