Terrible experience today. After seeing I had a gift card (not paying with cash), I had to wait 2 hours for anyone to deal with me. People were walking in and being served before me. One employee told me the shop was being sold or was sold and she would not get paid if she did my pedicure and I had to get the manager to approve it. They didnt want to honour my gift card. Feeling completely ignored and frustrated but I wanted to use my gift card. Finally I was served. I am never going back.

I went here just on a whim because I'm new to the area. What a mistake. The woman I had kept getting upset with me because my hand wasn't the 'right way' and kept telling me to watch the TV instead of her. When my hand accidentally touched the towel again after she had brushed it off she sighed and looked at me with this look of disgust and proceeded to brush my hand off again. I got the BioGel full set so I was in there to drop about 100...my pinkie nail is already off in less than a week.

Worst Salon Ever

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. Not once did I see equipment being cleaned. Once I sat down for my manicure another customer came in for a pedicure and used the same tub I was in and it wasn't sanitized. My French manicure was crooked, the lines were not straight at all. My nails were not shaped nicely and my clear coat started to bubble as soon as I sat under the dryer and Julie's explanation was that it was because I didn't get shellac. I made her remove it and they tried charging me$50

I have never had such a good lower leg wax as the ladies at Deluxe give. Their pedicures are top notch as well.

The first time I went in the male in the salon painted my nails and did an amazing job. I believe his name was Andy? The second time I went in I had an older lady doing my nails and she was horrible. She missed all round the edges of my nails and when I tried to ask her to fix it she just ignored me. It looked like my nails had been done a week ago when they had just got done. They also chipped THE NEXT DAY! I f you go to this salon make sure you ask for the guy working.

The acrylic set I recieved was very poor, rushed work. She tried to fix it for awhile before saying that's all she could do. I am very disappointed, and would never return. You can get before service and results for cheaper.
