I asked about getting a watch repaired for my daughter. I was not looking for a argument so I asked about other items. She just walked away so I left the store and will never return.

My sweetheart bought me a 3 diamond ring, I noticed the one diamond was spinning, the claws were cheap. I returned it and advised them that the claws needed to be replaced or I'd lose the diamonds. They advised me that it was repaired. A short time later a diamond fell and I was able to find it. Brought it back in again for repair. I received the ring and no sooner did I go for a trip to T.O, I looked down at my hand and 1 of the 3 diamonds was gone. Will never go back! Hired someone else to fix

Words cannot describe how horrible the service is! They do not back their jewlery and if you buy anything from them you are CRAZY!! Read the other reviews and save yourself the headache!! We have been dealing with them for months over a ring my boyfriend purchased me for Christmas. I am appalled by their lack of compassion on their own mistakes! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!
