Just got my snowtires put on here and they charged me $135 which was almost double what they charged to take them off. To add insult to injury, when I got back to my car, I realized they had not bagged my tires, but rather thrown them on my backseat and in my trunk, which covered the interior of my car in mud and water. I also ended up wrecking my coat trying to stack the wet and muddy tires so they wouldn't roll around when I was driving (they literally threw them in my car).
Steve and the gang took care of my vehicle when everyone else told me it needed a new exhaust, they repaired the existing...saving me several hundred $$$. My daughter was also quoted about 500 for front end work. Smart did the work for about $250. Thats great considering shes a student. In the words of Arnold...Ill be back!

My first time there and they treated me with integrity and fairness. I was quoted by big franchised auto department for +$1200 and a big list of work order. Got second opinion at Smart Auto and they told me only 1 thing in that list is described truly& correctly & needs to get done for safety. His labor/Hr is much less than other places almost half. I am so grateful for them helping me in timely manner and honest service and that I found this gem in my neck of the woods.Strongly recommended!
Went in to get a repair done on a tire and received quick and professional service. I was on my way to an important meeting and it was so great to be able to get my issue resolved and get back on the road quickly and efficiently. Steve and his staff have always treated my very well. I took my car to the dealership, was told I needed new breaks all around. I don't do much driving and felt I should get a second opinion at Smart Automotive, they showed me the breaks and only the front breaks needed replacing. This is where my cars will be serviced from now on.
This is the best place in Burlington to get your car fixed, the owner Steve is honest, reliable and reasonable. Had to get my transmission fixed and I was getting ridiculous quotes of 1500 to 5000 to fix, Steve said around 800-1000, in the end my total was 400 bucks!!!! He could have charged me 800 but he was honest!! Imagine that an honest mechanic. Will recommend all my friends to go there. Great guy!!
