I needed my sandal straps extended because my feet get swollen from time to time and today the shoes came back looking basically brand new. They did such a beautiful job with it, I’m amazed!!! The owner lady was so sweet too. Will go back!
A good shoe repair has been a continues to be a challenge. Taken my riding boots to have zippers repaired 4 times. Try to justify it saying that's just part of owning riding boots. The service is not very friendly and last time - I have lifts which I cannot ride without because they are too tall and rip the skin behind my knee, when I picked up boots lifts were gone. Called to ask if they had them and basically said I must only think they were there... my problem not theirs. Not ever going back!

Bought a pair of leather shoe laces. One of them broke after 3 weeks of use and they would not replace it. They don't stand behind their products/service. I'm glad it wasn't an expensive lesson to learn that they do not honour their products. Go elsewhere if you need shoe repairs/products.
