We've brought 5 of our own cars and 2 family cars to A1 over the last little while and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are great people doing great work. They work hard to find the best solutions to any problem we have ever had, and I love that they stand by their work and live up to their word.
I first heard of A1 Transmission and auto from a friend he told me that if you want a palce that does great work and a great price give them a try. I have brought my car to lots of shops for service over the years most of them have tried to sell me work that does not need to be done just to line their pokets this was not the case at A1. Aaron and Cory are top notch mechanics and since meeting them I would not bring my car any where else!
Recently had my car repaired at A1 Complete Auto & Transmission. Was very satisfied with the professional treatment I received. My car has been running like new since the repair was done. I would highly recommend this shop.
Recently had my vehicle worked on at this shop. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle to ANY other automotive facility!! I believe even the a Deli at Longo's has butchers which are more qualified to work on your vehicles than this guy.
1. My transmission was not even bolted back into it's mounts. There were no nuts on the mounts to hold it into the frame of the vehicle, only the weight of the engine and transmission.
2. Transmission was overfilled by about 5X as much as needed. The shop agreed that there isn't enough fluid in the transmission too, but said that they dont have to tools to work on this and it shouldn't be a problem.
3. My transmission was replaced by this shop and they since have no honored their warranty - my transmission is banging first gear once again.
4.They broke the plastic cover between my engine and flywheel and offered to order me a new one (which I would pay for)..
when I called to talk to the owner regarding these issue's I mearly got "Good-Bye"
- if these are the type of problems you want to go through when dealing with your vehicle, than this is the guy you want to take it to.
