Canadian Tire

I went in for an oil change. They called after I dropped off, listing about a dozen things that they "recommend". Apparently a bunch of my fluids needed to be flushed, my relatively new filter was rusted, etc. So, my estimated total was now nearly $600 so I declined. I brought my vehicle in to my regular mechanic, who informed me my fluids are GREAT, my filters are FINE, and also that someone forgot to put a couple of covers back under the hood. Worst service, bullcrap add-ons trying to get $$.

I really want to shop Canadian but this store makes it hard! Don't have a clue about customer service right from the cashiers to managers. The brantford not store is aDisgrace in this regard corporate really needs to have a Look at this beauty. All you have to do is trat customers right and they will return!
