The owner is so rude. He does not know how to treat his customers. He is very arrogant and asking silly questions to the customers regarding vehicles which does not make any sense. Please do not go to his shop, its my humble request!!!!! If you ask any question then he starts yelling at you.

If you want to get sworn at, then please by all means bring your car here for an emission test. Owner is very rude and yells obscenities at you if you do not regularly service your vehicle here. AVOID!!

Very poor service. Flat tire fix costs you $30. Had to redo again as it leaked after the fix.

Foul! Simple Oil change instruction not followed.

be aware when requesting oil changes! I have been going here for the past 2 or 3 emission tests with success, however things had rapidly took a turn for the worse when I had asked for an oil change once the last emission test had passed. After insisting that I had wanted the least expensive oil, they went ahead and used expensive synthetic oil without my permission. The invoice had clearly said, use of premium oil not mandatory as long as ford specs were followed.

refused to follow the warranty on the labour and parts.I advise him twice and had to go to another shop to repair his original repair.Super kind and pleasant until asked to fix, easily offended and demeaning towards me when I attempted to resolve the issue. Rather he attempted to have me spend more money on something that was not broken or the proper diagnosis.If I did that I would have continued to pay for unnecessary repairs.
