I was fitted incorrectly by the consultant that placed the order for my dress, Sylvia.
My dress is a size too big. Also, I am short and more suitable for a petite size. I have had my dress for approx. 1.5 months, and this location’s manger, Gloria, refuses to re-order my dress for reasons I understand, but are a poor excuse.
Due to the incompetency of her consultant, I will have to dish out at least $400 for alterations that could have cost me far less had she done her job properly.
