Love the professionalism here, am always treated by the same people in service. Been dealing with Tracy for a few years now, recently got me into a new Fusion. Spacing is a little tight (they're constantly busy too) but other than that, great dealership to come to.

Does not honour their warranty

At around 55,000 miles I started hearing a knocking sound coming from the engine.They told me the engine needed to be replaced and would not honour their warranty. When my mech took out the old engine he found scratches on one of the cylinders like it had not received proper lubrication BUT the other cylinders were perfectly fine. My photos show a noncircular hole on that cylinder like it had be rebored. How do these people sleep?

While sitting in a new car, trying it out, the sale guy leans into the open driver's side window while he lights up a smoke. I nearly choked on the stench of it. Immediately I said move, I got out and left the lot. My experience at Steele Hyndai was no better. All the sales people seem sleezy in my opinion.
