Quick ,a good experience over all

Service was very good and staff was very polite but it took almost 2 hours just to change to winter tires.....seems a bit long.

Great service as always.

I went in for a recall service and dealt with Brian. He was very polite and kept me informed on the process. Ended up being finished faster than expected and received a scorecard with positive feedback about my vehicle’s condition. Altogether a pleasant experience.

I took my 2016 Explorer for its MVI, they had to change the tires to be able to pass the MVI, service was great and fast but one of the tires is a different style (same brand, same size). Not much of a big deal but a little bit disappointed.
