    Ups has failed to deliver a parcel four times. The first time we were out, the next three times we were at home all day yet no parcel. Each time we were charged $2.11, as if it was our fault. Today took the cake. At 3:15 I was talking to an Amazon delivery person in our driveway. Imagine our surprise to get an email from UPS telling us we were not at home shortly after this. Impossible to talk to someone, always an automated message when you callUPS. What happened to this firm?

    had a package shipped from Arizona to Nova Scotia and paid UPS over $800 for expedited service. It has been sitting in Dartmouth and I receive the same message for the last 4 days - "Package is delayed in transit". There is no way to reach anyone in the Dartmouth sorting facility. I have called the 1 800 number a couple of times and even spoke to a supervisor. All they tell me is that UPS is unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond their control. They will not tell me what are the cir

    No option for Zero stars , horrible company Company is is horrible doesn’t deserve even one star . Horrible to get any information, horrible for them relaying information to drivers , horrible for them updating information, horrible for them calling back . The list goes on , absolutely horrible

    These people are so hard to deal with! I am trying to find out what happened to a package - a gift - that was sent to me in Canada, from Scotland. apparently the depot in my city doesn't have their own phone I have to call an 800 number, and they say they have to have s Tracking number. All my friend was given was a Waybill number. How am I supposed to find my parcel??

    Just wondering why a courier company thats been around for ever cannot get my parcel delivered from Dartmouth to halifax since last Friday.says out for delivery then at days end says delay.3 times thank God for canada post from now on...

    I have been trying to get a package delivered since mid September, was told since there was funds due on delivery they could not deliver and I would have to pay with credit card over the phone, which I did, and was told then that I would receive my package within two business days, I have tracked my parcel within the last 10 minutes and it is STILL in the warehouse somewhere in Dartmouth...NOT happy here!!!

    Very very poor customer service. Apparently their front desk person invents her own policies despite the written one being less than a foot in front of her own nose. Useless

    Sent live lobsters to Calgary for overnight express. Driver picked up parcel on Friday morning. She had no bill of lading or any paperwork with her and told me that I would get a call from UPS that same day to take my payment info. No person called and we tracks package to Calgary Saturday morning but it was not delivered. Tuesday morning I called UPS and was told they were delivering today . 3 days the "live lobsters sat in some depot in Calgary. $ 350.00 worth of fresh live lobsters dead .
