Walk up to the cash, ask to purchase a G/C for Father’s Day. She says “in a second” and started to change the till. Wait for her to do her thing, while other staff makes a sub for customer. She gets all of her things prepared and I assume she’s going to serve me, but she takes the order from the woman behind me with the sub. When I calmly pointed out that I had been waiting in the front of the line, her manger refused to serve me. The woman behind me thought it was unreal and bought the G/C
