CINet is a member-only electronic plans room service and is a joint effort between the Fredericton Northwest Construction Association, Moncton Northeast Construction Association, Saint John Construction Information Centre and Construction Association of Prince Edward Island (CAPEI).It is designed to allow easy access to tender information including plans, specifications, and addenda 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
