We had heard good things about this vet,so we tried them out and have been back a few times for routine visites ,we are very satisfied with their knowledge ,professionalism and price A+++,the dogs also love their food!
The staff here are all very nice and helpful but they seem to lack depth / substance. The vets don't do general checks (e.g. heart / lungs) as part of the visit like many other vets do.
They are also incredibly expensive (have to pay for the nice new office somehow) and don't give you the total price until after a treatment is completed which makes budgeting very difficult e.g. they will tell you the cost of a blood test but not the extras such as the cost of taking the blood sample which is an additional charge.
