Well, because of a cognitive error on my part, I ended up using reverse look-up on their tech support number, to see who was on the other end of a flurry of past calls in the middle of the night. (I had called them to upgrade my Satellite/Internet service.) Anyway: good company, good service, both locally and remotely (and they speak English - fluently!). Signed up on the recommend of a good friend, two or three years ago, and am fully satisfied.
