100 - 912 portage...
100 - 912 portage ave. Branch manager Mathew Botello. Absolutly the most unorganized, unprofessional branch in this organization. 30 mins decision took 2 days and a wild goose chase all over the city. Claiming their printers dont work, card scanners didnt work. A complete waste of time. They shouldnt even be in business. The whole time i had been approved btw. Portage location is a complete joke. Thank you to the Marion location for actually being proactive and fixing the gong ahow that took place here.
