Terrible! I bought a tenant insurance, and I was told my receipt would be emailed to me by the next day. Eight days later, I have called over a few days about getting my receipt; I was told it would be emailed to me by the end of the seventh day. Still nothing. This is not my first home insurance; when people pay for a service, they get a receipt immediately without delay. Stay away from this branch! I will be checking into cancelling my payment, and cancelling the service I paid for!
