Inconsiderate, incompetent and heartless.
If you have been there customer and have not had a bad experience with them, lucky you.
If you have had a bad experience and regret even having tried their service, then I am one with you.
They are liars, they are indifferent and they are not even sorry.
My box was shipped 4 weeks after it was picked up, and took 3 months to get delivered to its destination.
When the promise was 6-8 weeks.
Is that fair?
TERRIBLE.
For almost 2 years I was been A Umac client, last year october I sent 3 boxes, one of my friend was a manila Cargo Client, I even encourage her to switch to Umac, she also sent 1 regular box, last year her box arrived december 1 , mine was 2 weeks delayed and only 2 boxes was delivered because they can't find my other 1 regular box, I called many times, emailed and also my family in philippines, now I will send again 3 boxes but this time would be the last, the staff became rude and arrogant.
