The tech that attended my home was very knowledgeable! This was our second appliance company to attend our home to fix our Maytag Bravo washer. RG was called upon as a second opinion before we made the expensive purchase recommended from the first company that attended. Thank goodness June at RD Prado was persistent to find the problem as our washer is working better than ever now! I highly recommend this company.

Jun is as honest as they come. He fixed my problem, then showed me how to clear it up, just in case it happens again. He's friendly, courteous, and is willing to take the time to make sure everything is working properly. How many repair guys do you know, who would tell you how to correct the problem if it occurs again. Not only that, but he's fast (same day for me) and he's reasonably priced. He has my business from now on.
