Came out promptly and seemingly fixed issue, which lasted 2 days, when I called him to come out, he called and walked me through the repair, which was a reset of the board. It still didn't work, i asked him again and he said its cheaper to buy a new dishwasher, and said he would charge to come out again. we were greeted in the morning with water pouring into the basement. I feel it was miss diagnosed and he should have come and checked it again.

I have NO idea why someone like Mr. Locksmith would ever give them any less than 5 stars for something not in their control. Call RG Prado once to see what I mean. You will DEFINITELY be happy you did!!
