TERRIBLE SERVICEasked the owner if he could fix my bag for me and the first day i walked in he said 30$ and that was fair considering it had three big rips in it. so i come back with my bag the next day and now he changes it to 60$.after waiting for 3 weeks to fix acouple rips in my bag i get it back and only ONE out of THREE rips are fixed. i would not recommend cobblers corner to anyone. he was very rude and disrespectful probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life

Was told it would take a week to repair my boots and when I came back in a week I was told he was really busy and guaranteed they would be done in a couple days. I was given guarantee after guarantee that they would be done by "insert day here" and when that day came they never were. I had a similar experience. After about a month, my boots were also ruined. The owner did not apologize to me either! Bad service and bad repairs overall.
I brought my new $200 boots to Cobbler's Corner Winnipeg Square for a very minor calf job. After a MONTH of waiting, the boots were sewn too tight and no longer fit. Their solution was a poor sewing job with extra elastic and stretching them on the machine. RUINED!!! The owner did not budge on the price and was unapologetic. So $300 WASTED. AVOID COBBLER'S CORNER. There are 2-3 other cobblers in the concourse.
