I've called on Ryan yearly for tune-ups and maintenance - always informative and professional. Had to call him once in an emergency - no heat. He came with portable heaters to keep us warm while he worked. Had the furnace up and running that day. He's always been good about planning the replacement of my furnace; haven't had to yet (he figures we have a few more years) but I will certainly call him when the time comes.
