Ingredients Health Food Store has this amazing array of healthy food. Twenty different types of Rice, 15 different types of beans. Thousands of Food items all organic all the stuff is good for you. No transfat items and a huge array of gluten free food. They also have a cafe thats excellent. I had this vegetarian organic Eggs Benny. with carmelized onions, steamed organic Kale on a gluten free muffin with a blend of pan fried yukon gold potatoes and yams (with sea salt and organic salsa on the side) really really good... i didnt have a coffee but i beleive they sell drumroaster blend.
