Weren't impressed by funeral cards I could have done a better job on my inkjet printer. Then 1 month after father in laws death they send out a survey about their services for the grieving widow to fill out. They are supposed to be helping you through this hard time not making it worse. Our family has been using their services for almost a century, I don't think we will using them again.
My mother passed away in her sleep unexpectedly. When asked who would pick her up and do the cremation the answer was easy, Hamilton Harron Funeral Home. Ian, Gerry, and Brett each took the time and effort during the whole dreadful experience to make it as easy as possible on me with sincerity, respect, and dignity.
