Walk In Comfort

I stayed and bought their product because the guy sales representative was polite and cared about me and my friend, but the woman associate was extremely rude to customers and walked in front of everyone without saying anything, just stared at people and ordered them what to do.

Although in the end I purchased a pair of Merrill boots, I cannot say this was a positive experience. Upon entering the store (only 2 shoppers present), I encountered a sales person not at all interested in engaging with me. As a matter of fact, I would say she was rude. My initial reaction was to immediately leave, but I wanted a product carried by this store so I stayed. A second sales person assisted me...boots were dropped off...no shoe horn offered but brought on our request. Poor service

Love this store and the staff

the staff is great, but the English accented manager is horrible. I have dealt with her sevceral times, has no tact or could care less regarding the female customeers. Will never shop at that store on OB ave. That's too bad, and I am not the only person who has this thought about her.
