Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They don’t return phone calls, and they don’t care about your orders. Took three weeks of waiting for my receiver unit to come in for my truck, until I went in and just asked for a refund... every time I called they would say “oops I’m busy with a customer, I’ll call you back later”... this literally happened over 8 times, and they NEVER returned my calls. This is is HORRIBLE. buyers beware... if I could give them a lower rating I would.

Pointless service from less than worthwhile folks....welcome to Langford. I bought an expensive BT stereo broke off the mic (my fault) asked them to order replacement..(I would pay)...they said...no can do...but you can go on Amazon....If I wanted to do that I would have bought everything on Amazon.... welcome to a generation of idiots who wouldnt know service if it hit them in the head.....avoid at all costs

I bought 7 TVs here all with extended warranties and when I called to get 1 of the TVs replaced because of horrible quality picture on what I was told was a high quality TV I got zero help as it was just bad luck - STAY AWAY!!!

Customer service in this establishment is horrible. Any complaint and they treat you like a criminal. Felt so uncomfortable talking with the staff. And the amount of time it took to get any kind of reply was long and unnecessary. Vague answers. Hey....Visions.....Hire some pleasant staff so the customer that's buying your stuff feels somewhat important!! Get a clue!

A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. Thank you Colton for the great customer service!

Worst place ever. Charged for stuff that wasn't installed. Salesman and installer have no idea of what each other have sold or installed. Been waiting for 2 months to have the job finished. And get the runaround from the salesperson and installer. Wouldn't recommend this business if it was the last place on earth.
