This is a wonderful vet in a small clinic and the service is personal, as opposed to a huge clinic where you never see the same person twice. They've seen me through the life span of 3 dogs and cried with me when they finally go to wait at the Rainbow Bridge. Those 1-star reviewers should try 1) serving the public and 2) being a vet for a day.

I walked into the clinic, only to be ignored for several minutes. When finally acknowledged, the receptionist drilled me as to why I was there and repeatedly asked for my phone number, typing it incorrectly. Not only was she rude and short with me, they completely messed up my appointment for my puppy to have an exam and procedure. I felt like crying, and finally just canceled any future appointments and left. I understand miscommunication, but the service was horrific.

I have been going to this clinic for several years with my Cat. As my cat ages she has more recurrent medical conditions, one of which is a UTI. Every so often my cat gets a UTI and suffers until she gets Anti-Biotics. Normally the Vets want to line their pockets so usually ask for a visit first, but this time around I had just visited with my cat 2 days ago for a different medical issue. I called them and asked for Anti-Biotic for the UTI. The receptionist said the Vet was busy and will get bac

Dr. Dyson and staff have always been so caring and compassionate to all our cats in the past and now in the present. (Is it really 15 to 16 years now?) The staff are incredibly patient in taking the time to fit in appointments according to our crazy nursing shifts and film industry schedules. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Dyson is the most caring Vet!

We have four beagles and one bouvier x. This vet hospital is there for us 100%. They have cared for and gone beyond for our family. We are a beagle paws foster home for rescued beagles. This vet hospital is the most caring for our scared and frightened rescue beagles!

Should be NO STARS - they only care about your $$

IF YOU ARE A LOVING, RESPONSIBLE OWNER AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!!! I took my new puppy there because he was under 8 weeks old and wasnt eating properly.(he was taken from his mom too young and I explained this) He wouldnt eat any regular brand wet food and wasnt drinking his puppy milk. The vet convince me the dog might have a stomach infection and to give him antibiotics and they gave me recovery wet dog food. Bear loved the wet dog food, however I could only feed him a maximum of 5 teaspoons a day, a small amount for growing puppy in my opinion. I EVEN EXPRESSED THIS CONCERN AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FINE. Then when it came time to give him his antibiotics he threw up everywhere. Worried I call the vet they tell me its ok and to keep giving it to him if it keeps happening then call back tomorrow if it keeps happening.
