If I could give them -5 stars, that's what they would get from me. Very sneaky, very disappointed about their services and unprofessional employees. Last Wednesday, April 3rd I just parked my car on this lot around 2pm, and I wanted to go to pay for parking, but in meantime I received a phone call and I stayed in my car 2 minutes to finish the conversation. In all these 2 minutes a patrol employee appeared at my car window with the fine ticket. I was shocked because I didn't even turn off my car

easypark doesn't refund mistaken double charges on credit card caused by app glitches. call your credit card company to get it refunded then skip paying the next time you park... make it your life goal to park at easypark without paying as often as possible.
